Context
Prism Products is Deloitte's leading agentic AI portfolio that enables Deloitte practitioners to bring AI population insights and analytics solutions to their federal clients.
Problem
The Deloitte government practice needed practitioners to increase AI usage in order to remain competitive.
Solution
I was brought on as a UX designer on the product marketing team to help with the product launch campaign for Deloitte's leading AI portfolio, Prism Products
Impact
Exceeded adoption targets by 60%, by achieving 2.5K sign-ups. Owned GivePrism’s GTM Product launch, and generated 9 sales leads from the launch email alone, with 67% of respondents progressing in the pipeline while managing 2–4 campaigns concurrently. Helped grow the sales pipeline from $88M (2024) to $125M (2025) by owning two marketing campaigns that promoted awareness/adoption, and funneled 62% of all new sales opportunities into the pipeline against 4 other workstreams. Campaigns successes were directly attributed to my design and branding strategy
