Hi there! I'm Christy, a designer focused on designing enterprise and internal solutions that directly solve client problems. From AI platforms to data viz dashboards, I oversee the entire UX design lifecycle from research, product strategy, and design to help organizations translate complexity into clarity.
With experience in healthcare, emerging technology, and enterprise systems, I’m especially interested in the future of AI-enabled products and digital transformation.
what i'm currently doing
I'm currently focused on AI product adoption and onboarding experiences on Deloitte’s Prism Products team which is our leading suite of AI tools used by practitioners across the firm for their client delivery. I redesigned onboarding flows and campaign experiences that drove over 1,200 sign-ups, exceeded adoption targets by 60%, and generated 62% of total sales leads for the portfolio.
what energizes me (work)
My goal is to work at the intersection of technology, design, and community impact. I am energized by working in ambiguous environments that solve a specific problem. I’m especially passionate about helping mission-driven organizations that leverage technology to build and deliver accessible, human-centered products that create meaningful change for underserved and growing communities.
